Booth Volunteer FAQ

Volunteer to hand out at a Polling Booth near you.

No experience is necessary—everyone’s welcome! Whether you can offer a couple of hours or spend the whole day with us, it all helps to get a How to Vote card in voter’s hands. And it does make a difference as up to a quarter of voters make up their mind as they walk into the booth – this could make the difference.

Can you take on a shift and can you bring along a friend for a fun, meaningful day while supporting our great campaign?

We’ll provide everything you need to engage with voters confidently and make a positive impact.

Thank you for your support! Together let’s get thing done for Lyne.

Helping at the polling booth is about doing something good for Lyne and supporting your community. Our volunteers are incredible, and you’ll have a fantastic time surrounded by great company.

It’s about participating in democracy and ensuring people know they have a real choice in this election.

Not at all! We’ll provide all the resources and information you’ll need on the day. And you can always open up your phone and show them Jeremy’s ‘What I Stand For’ page.

We’re also running online information sessions on being a Booth volunteer so why not come along to one of them – check them out on the website here.

Sign up for a shift on our website or send us an email if you have any questions—we’re here to help!

We will provide you with the campaign materials and resources to engage with voters. Plus you get to wear a limited edition volunteer t-shirt!

Please bring appropriate clothing for the day, a hat, sunscreen etc, as well as a water bottle and some snacks for you to enjoy during your shift.

Something to put over your volunteer t-shirt, such as a jacket, is needed if entering the polling booth for any reason.
