A federal election is due to be held this year, within the next few months. Who will represent the people of Lyne in the next parliament? The major parties have announced their candidates; but a group of community-focussed people from across the electorate of Lyne are backing #Jeremy4Lyne.
Jeremy Miller is a local person who knows the communities of the electorate: the towns of Taree and Forster-Tuncurry and costal, communities north to Camden Haven; the rural hubs of Wauchope, Gloucester, Dungog; and the many smaller communities scattered from Maitland to Port Macquarie.
A growing number of volunteers are working now to increase awareness of Jeremy Miller across the electorate. This past weekend at the Nabiac Farmers Markets, Jeremy and his team of supporters were active, meeting people, listening to their concerns, and working to ensure that after the election we have a community- supported Independent member for Lyne.
If you would like to be part of this growing community-based movement, go to https://www.jeremy4lyne.com.au where you can find a number of ways to get involved.
