The Race for Lyne Has Officially Begun

MEDIA RELEASE

Jeremy Miller, independent candidate for Lyne, is ready for the upcoming federal election, calling for a stronger, independent voice to represent the community. “The people of Lyne deserve a representative who shows up, listens, and gets things done. I’m running because this community has been taken for granted for far too long,” said Jeremy Miller

“My approach to Canberra will be grounded in what truly matters: solving problems together and delivering tangible outcomes, not playing political games.”

Already, Miller’s campaign has received an outpouring of support from the local community.  With 143 people donating from every corner of the Lyne electorate, it has proven to be a genuinely people-powered campaign. With this momentum, Miller is calling for even more grassroots involvement as the race heats up.

“Now, we need to build on this momentum,” said Miller. “We’re calling on volunteers to help by hosting a corflute, sharing flyers at your coffee catch ups, and helping at the polling booths. Every bit of support counts, whether it’s showing your support with a yard sign, putting a poster on your car window or forwarding a Facebook post to friends and family. This is shaping up to be a two-horse race, and we need your help to keep the momentum going.”

Miller emphasised that the National Party has long taken the Lyne electorate for granted, and he is committed to bringing meaningful change by prioritizing the community’s needs over party loyalty.

As part of the campaign launch, Jeremy Miller will be hosting and attending community events across the electorate to connect with voters, hear their concerns, and share his vision for a stronger, more independent future for Lyne.
